Air charter broker disclosure

Cielvara is an air charter broker and does not own or operate aircraft. All flights are arranged with and operated by FAA-certificated Part 135 air carriers.

For every booking, the operating carrier's legal name and FAA Part 135 certificate reference are shown on the quote, at checkout, and on your itinerary. The operating carrier is in operational control of the flight at all times. Cielvara acts solely as the member's agent in arranging the flight (14 CFR Part 295).

All sales final — refund policy

• · Payment is captured in full at booking. Member-initiated cancellations — at any time before departure and for any reason — are not refunded, in whole or in part.
• · If the operating carrier cancels your flight, or your flight is otherwise never flown, you receive an automatic 100% refund to your original payment method.
• · Post-flight dissatisfaction does not qualify for a refund. Cielvara support can review exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion; any discretionary refund is recorded in an audited ledger.

Pricing

Every quote is itemized: occupied flight time, repositioning, minimum-charge adjustment, crew and overnight fees, fuel surcharge, estimated landing fees, applicable airport and pass-through fees, federal excise tax, and per-member segment fees each appear as their own line. The total shown at checkout is all-in — there are no hidden or post-payment additions.
